Shopdog's Christmas Cat Collars are made here in California!  We use 3/8"  light weight webbing, vibrant durable patterns and high quality USA made hardware.  Each collar includes nickel plated welded D rings and a bell attached with a split ring.  The bell is easily removable if you want to take it off.
