Weekend Adventures!
The weekend is just about here, and let me tell you what, I AM EXCITED!! Usually every weekend we go on a pretty big hike! But last Sunday the weather had started to get warm and we ended up seeing TWO baby rattlesnakes which was a little bit concerning for a couple or reasons. One, it’s really early in the season to see them, and two I just wasn’t expecting them yet, so our hike was really sort of stressful making sure we stayed safe and stayed away from any other slizzery friends. So this is my PSA to you all…. Please be careful and start to keep an eye out for snakes!
Some tips for hiking!
Always pack water for me and you! And a little bowl or something to drink from.
Always keep an eye out for snakes or other wildlife that I shouldn't be getting my snout into. Sometime us dogs can be pretty curious, but most wildlife wants to not be bothered.
Always let someone know where you are going just in case!
Stay on trails!
Go often and have fun!
It’s pretty simple, hiking is fun, free and a great way to get outside, exercise and do something together. I love hiking. Have a great weekend everyone.
